Caroline will present Home Movie, her short film, beautifully constructed from old family movies. It tells the previously veiled story of her parents’ lives in 1930s Czechoslovakia and her own childhood in 1950s Cardiff. The seemingly happy footage belies the tragedies that lie behind the smiles. Caroline will follow the film with a Q/A about family secrets and the relationship between past and present.
